Webster defines “pet peeve” as something that a particular person finds especially annoying.
Key word here? “Especially”. Something that when it happens really chaps yo ass!
Now…..we can have those little pretty much insignificant pet peeves — like, “why can my husband put his dirty dish in the sink but NOT in the dishwasher, which is right next to the sink?” (Yes, that’s one of mine. Seriously. I think it’s bad wiring or something. —> insert face palm emoji <—)
But those aren’t the kind of pet peeves we’re talking about right now.
I want you to dig deeper. Like, really deep.
