Remember when I was talking about “picking ourselves apart” and being our own worst critic?
It’s a damn epidemic!
- I’m fat.
- I need to lose some weight.
- My thighs are too big.
- My thighs look like sticks.
- My arms are more like wings.
- My butt needs its own zip code.
- I don’t have a butt.
- I wish I didn’t wear glasses.
- And on and on and on.
Maybe there is some things you want or need to make some changes with. Listen….we all have our own lists. But even with the extra pounds our health would probably benefit from dropping or those glasses that keep sliding down your nose (that’s me), your body – just as it is right now – is a pretty remarkable thing.
Your body – just as it is right now – is capable of so much! It’s your mind that you have to convince.
Today’s challenge exercise –
Now hold on a sec. There’s a rule with this exercise!
You absolutely can’t include any negatives. No “but’s” allowed. For example…..”my legs are strong but I need to tone them up.” Nope. Not allowed.
ONLY THE POSITIVES!!!
