• 30 Day Challenge – Day 25

Greetings! Webster’s defines CORE VALUES as:  the fundamental beliefs of a person.  These guiding principles dictate behavior and can help people understand the difference between right and wrong. Today’s exercise challenge……

  • 30 Day Challenge – Day 24

Hey….it’s Day #24!   I’m so proud of you for sticking to this challenge!  We’ve only got 6 more days to go! Hello.  I’m Robin.  Warning…..I love Jesus but I cuss a little.  Okay.  Wait.  I cuss a LOT.  I’ve got a stubborn streak a country mile wide but also a heart just as wide.  It gets me into trouble at times.  I’m classy, sassy and a bit badassy……sometimes all three at the same time.  I’m an introvert but when I’m around lots of people, I’m 100% in and have a good time….although it will probably take me a good day or two to “recover”…………… That would probably look pretty close…

  • 30 Day Challenge – Day 23

Hello Day #23! Every morning when I get up, I head straight for the Keurig.  That first cup of hot coffee – especially on these cold winter mornings – is probably the best cup of the day.  Then I make my way through the quiet dark-ish house (Rob is usually upstairs getting dressed for work) to my office and sit down at my desk. Well, they’re some (yep, just some!) of my answers for part one of today’s challenge exercise…… ………and here’s part two.

  • 30 Day Challenge – Day 21

Day #21!  Wow….January is flying by! For years, I had so many mind blocks.   Some of them were just a by-product of the way I grew up and the things that were told to me over and over and over again…..like, “you’ll never amount to much” + “you’re doing life all wrong” + “you need to change this, that and the other thing first” plus a whole long list more.  As I’ve mentioned before, you hear something enough times – especially coming from someone you are supposed to trust – and you eventually just accept it, believe it and worse – live it.  But some of those blocks I put…

  • 30 Day Challenge – Day 20

I want you to really think about this one. And I want you to be as descriptive in your answer as you possibly can. Start at the top of your head and work down to your feet and don’t forget the MOST important part – INside.
